All orders are shipped via FedEx/UPS. We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and/or Wednesdays, so we can avoid any weekend delays. We cannot ship the same day we receive an order, but will instead ship the very next possible Mon, Tues, or Wed.

Don’t be afraid to ask for what you want! Based on availability, we can adjust colors, bud stages, and a variety mix to fit your needs. In most cases, we can also provide UPC barcodes upon request.

Bud Stage:

Unless specified, the bud stage we ship is anywhere between heavy bud to 1-2 open flowers. Not too tight and not too open, essentially, ready for sale/display right out of the box. If you require a specific bud stage, please let us know when ordering

Payment:

• Orders can be placed through email, phone and/or fax.
• We ask for credit card payment for first time buyers.
• Terms may be offered for repeat customers after completion and review of our credit application turtle pond orchid.
• All orders will be confirmed by email, phone, or fax. If you do not get a reply confirming your order, somehow we did not receive it. Please contact us if you do not get a reply confirmation.
